We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility.

Key Responsibilities
✔Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and IT infrastructure
✔Monitor and manage Windows Server environments
✔Administer LAN, WAN, firewall, router, and switch configurations
✔Ensure network security and data protection compliance
✔Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
✔Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
✔Support ERP systems and internal business applications
✔Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions
✔Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
✔Coordinate with vendors for IT services and AMC support
✔Monitor system performance and prevent downtime
✔Implement cybersecurity best practices

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
✔Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
✔Firewall and router configuration experience
✔Hardware troubleshooting skills
✔Backup and disaster recovery knowledge
✔Basic database and ERP support experience
✔Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security tools
✔Experience with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
✔Problem-solving and analytical thinking
✔Good communication and team coordination skills

Educational Qualification
✔Any Graduate

Experience Required
2 to 4 Years of experience as an IT System Administrator, IT Administrator, or Network Administrator
