We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT Network Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility.

Key Responsibilities
✔Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
✔Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and network devices
✔Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
✔Configure VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
✔Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
✔Ensure network security, firewall policies, and data protection
✔Perform network upgrades and system improvements
✔Maintain IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing configurations
✔Monitor bandwidth usage and optimize performance
✔Support ERP systems and internal business applications
✔Maintain documentation of network architecture
✔Coordinate with vendors for network AMC and upgrades

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
✔Experience in firewall and router configuration
✔Hands-on experience with switches and VLAN setup
✔Knowledge of VPN configuration and remote access systems
✔Understanding of cybersecurity and network security tools
✔Experience with network monitoring tools
✔Hardware troubleshooting skills
✔Problem-solving and analytical thinking
✔Ability to manage multiple network issues efficiently
✔Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification
✔Any Graduate

Experience Required
2 to 4 Years of experience as an IT System Administrator, IT Administrator, or Network Administrator
