Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and quality-focused IPQA Officer to join our Quality Assurance team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring that all products meet regulatory and company requirements before reaching our clients.

Key Responsibilities

✔Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging processes.
✔Monitor critical process parameters and verify batch manufacturing records.
✔Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and company policies.
✔Identify and report any deviations, non-conformances, or quality issues immediately.
✔Perform line clearance and in-process sampling during batch production.
✔Support validation and qualification activities on the shop floor.
✔Coordinate with production, QA, and QC teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
✔Assist in documentation, audits, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills:

✔Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and ISO standards.
✔Strong understanding of in-process checks and documentation.
✔Familiarity with skin care, cosmetics, or oral care product manufacturing (preferred).
✔Proficient in MS Office tools and quality reporting systems.

Soft Skills:

✔Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
✔Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
✔Proactive, self-driven, and disciplined work approach.
✔Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Education / Certifications:

✔Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related science field.
✔Certification in GMP/Quality Management (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

✔1 to 3 years of experience in IPQA or QA in the cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing industry.
✔Experience in a private label or contract manufacturing environment is a plus.
