HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are looking for Interns to assist in Customer Engagement, Client Experience Management, and B2B Client Servicing for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and students seeking hands-on experience in Client Handling, Customer Support, and Operations Coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Customer Engagement initiatives and enhance Client Experience
• Assist in Client Coordination, Customer Support, Order Processing, and B2B Communication
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Follow-up
• Support B2B Client Coordination, Operations Support, and Customer Relationship Management

Eligibility & Internship Profile
• Students or fresh graduates – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA (Pursuing), MCom, MSc
• Freshers and Interns can apply
• Basic knowledge of Excel, MIS, and Documentation preferred
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, and interest in Client Servicing, Customer Engagement, and B2B Operations
• Exposure to Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
