HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are looking for Interns to assist in Brand Partnerships, Data Management, and Client Engagement for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and students seeking hands-on experience in B2B Client Coordination, Operations Support, and Brand Management.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Brand Partnerships and Client Engagement initiatives
• Assist in Data Management, MIS, and Back Office Records
• Track Client Accounts, Order Processing, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain Excel Sheets, Documentation, and Client Records
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Follow-up
• Support B2B Client Coordination, Operations Support, and Marketing Engagement

Eligibility & Internship Profile
• Students or fresh graduates – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA (Pursuing), MCom, MSc
• Freshers and Interns can apply
• Basic knowledge of Excel, MIS, and Documentation preferred
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, and interest in Client Servicing, Brand Partnerships, and Data Management
• Exposure to Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
