HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing, and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing, and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters, and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring an International Client Coordination Executive to manage Export Operations, International Client Handling, and B2B Coordination for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Export Import Operations, Client Servicing, and Back Office Support.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage International Client Coordination and ensure smooth Export Operations
• Handle Client Servicing, Customer Support, Client Follow-up, and B2B Communication
• Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Support B2B Client Servicing, International Export Operations, and Operations Support

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in International Client Coordination, Export Import Operations, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations, Order Processing, or Telecalling Executive can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Client Handling Expertise
