Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to manage cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards across our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while leading housekeeping staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
✔Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations across plant and office areas
✔Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards as per GMP and company policies
✔Assign duties and schedules to housekeeping staff
✔Monitor cleaning activities, including floors, workstations, washrooms, and common areas
✔Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals
✔Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and safety practices
✔Conduct regular inspections and audits for cleanliness compliance
✔Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for cleaning schedules
✔Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, hygiene, and safety protocols
✔Handle waste disposal and ensure compliance with environmental guidelines
✔Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution
✔Maintain housekeeping records and reports for audits

Required Skills

Educational Qualification
✔Any Graduate (preferred)

Experience Required
✔Minimum 2 Years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in manufacturing, pharma, cosmetics, or industrial environments.
