Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head Machine Operator to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will oversee the operation and maintenance of manufacturing machinery, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality skin care, cosmetics, and oral care products. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Oversee the operation and maintenance of production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
✔Lead and train a team of machine operators, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
✔Perform advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
✔Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
✔Collaborate with the production manager to optimize workflows and meet production targets.
✔Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
✔Maintain accurate production records and reports.
✔Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
✔Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the production team.

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

✔Advanced proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery.
✔Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
✔Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and SOPs.
✔Expertise in quality control processes and GMP standards.

Soft Skills:

✔Strong leadership and team management skills.
✔Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
✔Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
✔Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education/Certifications:

✔High school diploma or equivalent required.
✔Technical certification or vocational training in machine operation or a related field is preferred.
✔Additional certifications in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

✔5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cosmetics, skin care, or oral care.
✔2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
✔Experience with automated filling, labeling, and packaging machines is highly desirable.
✔Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
