Job Overview
We are hiring an E-Commerce Operation Executive to manage and streamline day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple platforms. The role focuses on order processing, inventory coordination, marketplace operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and efficient online business operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong operational skills and experience in e-commerce operations within cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
✔Manage daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other platforms
✔Coordinate order processing, invoicing, dispatch, and returns with internal teams
✔Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment requirements
✔Ensure accurate product data, pricing, offers, and order status on marketplaces
✔Coordinate with production, QA, packaging, warehouse, and logistics teams
✔Track order fulfillment KPIs, delivery timelines, and operational performance
✔Handle marketplace operations tickets, claims, and reconciliation
✔Support sales campaigns, festive operations, and new product launches
✔Maintain operational compliance with marketplace guidelines and company SOPs
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management

Education / Certifications
✔Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
✔Certification in E-Commerce Operations / Supply Chain / Digital Commerce (preferred)

Preferred Experience
✔1–4 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations / Marketplace Operations roles
✔Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, personal care, or manufacturing companies preferred
✔Experience handling high-volume orders and multiple SKUs is an advantage
