Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and data-driven E-Commerce Marketing Executive to plan and execute digital marketing strategies that drive online visibility, traffic, and sales. The role focuses on marketplace marketing, performance campaigns, content optimization, and analytics across multiple e-commerce platforms.

This position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing within cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities
✔Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and D2C platforms
✔Manage performance marketing (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
✔Optimize product listings and storefront content for higher conversion rates
✔Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams for campaign execution
✔Track and analyze marketing KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and sales
✔Manage offers, deals, festive campaigns, and promotional calendars
✔Support new product launches with digital marketing strategies
✔Monitor competitor activities and market trends
✔Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports

Education / Certifications
✔Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
✔Certification in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / E-Commerce Marketing (preferred)

Preferred Experience
✔2–5 years of experience in E-Commerce Marketing / Digital Marketing roles
✔Experience in cosmetics, FMCG, personal care, or manufacturing companies preferred
✔Experience managing high-budget performance campaigns is an advantage
