Key Responsibilities
✔Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
✔Create, update, and optimize SEO-friendly product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
✔Coordinate with production, QA, packaging, design, and dispatch teams
✔Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, offers, and promotions
✔Track sales performance, returns, ratings, and customer reviews
✔Handle customer queries and marketplace support tickets
✔Support campaign execution, festive sales, and new product launches
✔Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, labeling norms, and internal standards
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management

Education / Certifications
✔Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
✔Certification in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Experience
