Job Overview
HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading cosmetic, skincare, and oral-care manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, is looking for a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow online sales across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, catalog optimization, and daily e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, eesho, and company D2C website
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings, images, content, pricing, and keywords
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, returns, and customer queries
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and marketplace dashboards
• Execute promotional campaigns, offers, and deals on marketplaces
• Ensure product compliance with FMCG / cosmetic marketplace guidelines
• Maintain accurate product data, SKUs, barcodes, and variants

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa
• Knowledge of Shopify / WooCommerce is an added advantage
• Understanding of product cataloging, SEO-friendly content, and pricing strategies
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing & FMCG environment

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
