Role Overview
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our online sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle, and our D2C website). You will bridge the gap between our high-quality manufacturing and the final consumer by ensuring our products are perfectly represented, priced, and promoted online.

Key Responsibilities
✔Listing & Cataloging: Create and manage high-quality product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and A+ content.
✔Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across various warehouses (FBA/FBF) to ensure high fill rates and prevent “out of stock” scenarios.
✔Marketplace Growth: Execute promotional activities, lightning deals, and brand day events on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart.
✔Advertising (PPC): Assist in managing basic ad campaigns to increase product visibility and maintain a healthy ACOS/ROAS.
✔Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and track RTO (Return to Origin) percentages.
✔Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing trends and identifying growth opportunities for specific product categories (Oral Care vs. Skin Care).
✔Customer Feedback: Monitor and respond to product reviews and ratings to maintain a high brand reputation.

Qualifications & Skills
✔Expertise in Marketplace Seller Centrals (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Purplle).
✔Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
✔Basic understanding of E-commerce SEO and keyword research.
✔Familiarity with Shopify or similar D2C platforms is a plus.

Education & Experience
✔Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
✔Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce operations.
✔Industry Preference: Experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG is highly preferred due to the specific nuances of beauty regulations and shelf-life management.
