Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The role focuses on product listing, content optimization, order coordination, performance tracking, and marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other B2B/B2C portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, B2B portals, etc.)
• Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and attributes
• Coordinate with design, QA, production, and dispatch teams for accurate product information and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, offers, and promotions
• Track marketplace performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, and returns
• Handle customer queries, reviews, and ratings to maintain brand reputation
• Assist in campaign execution, deals, and seasonal sales planning
• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines, labeling norms, and brand standards
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Certification in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience as an E-Commerce Executive / Marketplace Executive
• Experience in cosmetics, skin care, oral care, FMCG, or manufacturing companies is highly preferred
• Experience managing multiple SKUs and variants is an added advantage
