HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring an E-commerce B2B Portal Executive to manage IndiaMART and TradeIndia accounts, handle B2B Client Coordination, and support Order Processing and Client Servicing. This role is ideal for candidates interested in E-commerce Operations, B2B Marketing, and Manufacturing Client Support.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage IndiaMART and TradeIndia B2B portal accounts for multiple Manufacturing Clients
• Handle Client Coordination, Client Handling, Customer Support, and Client Follow-up
• Process Orders, track Order Management, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling
• Support B2B E-commerce Operations and ensure smooth Client Servicing

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in E-commerce Operations, B2B Portal Handling, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Client Servicing, Order Processing, or Back Office Operations can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, and Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Client Handling Expertise
