HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Coordination Executives to manage Client Coordination, Factory Operations Support and Dispatch Management for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in B2B Client Servicing, Order Processing, Back Office Operations and Manufacturing Operations Support.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Clients, Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams and Dispatch Teams for smooth operations
• Manage Client Handling, Client Follow-up, Customer Support and Client Servicing
• Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning and Dispatch Coordination
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and maintain proper Documentation
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Share Invoices, Challans, Dispatch Details and Receipts with clients
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Escalation Handling
• Ensure timely Coordination between Factory, Dispatch and Client Accounts

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Client Coordination, Operations Support Executive, Back Office Operations, Order Processing, Telecalling Executive or Customer Support can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability and Client Handling Expertise
