HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Client Support Executives to handle Order Management, Client Handling, and Client Servicing for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Client Coordination, Back Office Operations, and B2B Manufacturing Support.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage Order Management and Order Processing for assigned Manufacturing Accounts
• Handle Client Support, Client Servicing, Client Follow-up and Customer Support
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, Factory Operations, Dispatch Coordination and Stores Team
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation
• Ensure timely sharing of Invoices, Challans, Dispatch Details and Receipts
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Escalation Handling
• Support B2B Client Coordination and Client Relationship Management

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Client Support, Order Management, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations, Telecalling Executive or Operations Support Executive can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Teamwork, Coordination Skills, Problem-Solving Ability and Client Handling Expertise
