HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Client Success Executives to manage B2B Client Coordination, Client Handling, and Customer Success for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Client Servicing, Order Processing, and Back Office Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage assigned B2B Client Accounts and ensure smooth Client Coordination
• Support Client Handling, Customer Support, Client Servicing and Client Follow-up
• Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Production Teams, Stores and Dispatch Teams
• Handle Client Escalations, Telecalling, and Customer Care activities
• Ensure timely sharing of Invoices, Challans, Dispatch Details and Receipts

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Client Success, Client Coordination, Client Servicing, Customer Support Executive, Telecalling or Back Office Operations can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Teamwork, Coordination Skills, Problem-Solving Ability and Customer Success Orientation
