HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Client Relationship Officer to manage Client Support, Client Handling and Customer Relationship Management for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in B2B Client Coordination, Client Servicing and Back Office Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage assigned Client Accounts and serve as a point of contact for Client Support
• Build and maintain strong Client Relationships for Manufacturing Industry clients
• Handle Client Queries, Client Follow-up, Customer Support and Client Escalation
• Assist in Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials and ensure proper Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Production Teams, Stores and Dispatch Teams
• Support Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Servicing activities

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Client Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Customer Support Executive, Back Office Operations, Telecalling or Operations Support Executive can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability and Client Handling Expertise
