We are hiring a Client Relationship Executive (CRE) who can professionally manage client handling, customer relationship management, client coordination, and customer support communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relations, responding to queries, providing client service, and supporting the sales team with smooth customer communication.
You will act as a key connection between clients and our internal teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Candidates with experience as a Customer Relationship Executive, Client Service Executive, Client Coordinator, Customer Support Executive, Call Center Executive, BPO Executive, Telecaller, CRM Executive will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain strong client relationships and offer high-quality customer service support
* Handle inbound & outbound client communication via calls, WhatsApp & email
* Maintain updated CRM records, follow-ups, and customer status
* Coordinate with sales, production & dispatch for smooth client servicing
* Identify client requirements and share product information, product details & solutions
* Support the sales team with client coordination, lead follow-up & customer satisfaction
* Resolve customer concerns with a positive, friendly, and service-driven approach
* Build long-term trust through strong client engagement and timely support
Skills Required
* Excellent client handling and customer relationship skills
* Strong calling experience, BPO/Call Center experience preferred
* Ability to freely talk with customers, friendly & professional communication
* Good in client coordination and maintaining CRM data
* Relationship-building, problem-solving & customer-care mindset
* Ability to manage multiple queries with a calm and positive attitude
