Job Overview:

We are looking for a Client Coordinator to manage and enhance client relationships, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely execution of client requirements in the skincare, cosmetics, and oral care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management:

✔Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
✔Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
✔Coordinate with clients for project updates, approvals, and feedback.

2. Project Coordination & Execution:

✔Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
✔Track and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Maintain detailed records of client communications, project progress, and feedback.

3. Technical Knowledge & Support:

✔Understand client requirements related to private label and contract manufacturing.
✔Provide basic technical knowledge on skincare and cosmetics formulations, packaging, and compliance.
✔Work closely with the R&D team to communicate customization requests from clients.

4. Sales & Marketing Assistance:

✔Assist in business development activities, including preparing proposals and presentations.
✔Support marketing efforts by gathering client insights and feedback.
✔Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent HCP Wellness.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in client coordination, account management, or customer relations, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or oral care industries.
✔Understanding of B2B client management, private label, and third-party manufacturing.
✔Familiarity with cosmetic product formulations, ingredients, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
✔Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
✔Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and project management tools.
✔Problem-Solving: Ability to handle multiple client requests, resolve conflicts, and manage priorities efficiently.
