HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing and Pharma Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Third Party Manufacturing, Private Label Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, Oral Care and FMCG Manufacturing segments.

We are hiring Client Account Executives who are young, smart, dynamic, fluent in English communication, and passionate about Client Handling, Account Management and Client Servicing in a fast-paced B2B Manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle assigned Client Accounts and act as a single point of contact for Key Account Management
• Manage Client Coordination, Client Follow-up and Customer Relationship through calls, emails and WhatsApp
• Support Order Processing, Order Management and Client Servicing activities
• Coordinate with Production Coordination, Factory Operations, Supply Chain Coordination and Dispatch Coordination teams
• Track Packaging Material provided by clients and manage Documentation, Invoice, Challan and Dispatch Records
• Maintain MIS, Excel, Data Management and Back Office records for client brands
• Share Receipts, Dispatch Details and updates with clients on time
• Resolve Client Queries, Customer Support issues and escalate when required

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate in any stream – MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MCom, MSc, BCA
• Freshers, Interns and experienced candidates can apply
• Candidates with experience as Call Center Executive, Telecalling Executive, Customer Care Executive, Client Support Executive, Back Office Executive or Operations Support Executive are welcome
• Exposure to Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, Manufacturing Operations, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Merchant Handling or B2B Client Coordination is an added advantage
• Strong Communication Skills, Teamwork, Leadership Quality and interest in Market Trends and Brand Management
