HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Call Center Executives to manage B2B Client Coordination, Client Handling, and Customer Support for manufacturing accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Telecalling, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations and B2B Manufacturing Support.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle B2B Client Coordination and Client Follow-up for assigned Manufacturing Accounts
• Manage Client Handling, Customer Support and Client Queries via calls, emails and WhatsApp
• Support Order Processing, Order Management and Dispatch Coordination
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials and Documentation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Production Coordination, Stores and Dispatch Teams
• Assist in Client Servicing, Customer Relationship Management and Telecalling Support
• Ensure timely sharing of Invoices, Challan, Receipts and Order Updates

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Call Center Operations, Telecalling, Customer Support Executive, Client Support Executive, Back Office Operations or Operations Support Executive can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an advantage
• Strong English Communication, Teamwork, Coordination Skills and Problem-Solving Ability
