HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring a Business Support Executive to assist in Manufacturing Operations, Client Servicing, Order Processing and Back Office Operations. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates interested in B2B Manufacturing Operations and Client Handling.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support Manufacturing Operations and Factory Operations for multiple brand accounts
• Assist in Client Servicing, Client Handling and Customer Support
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Support Order Processing, Order Management, Production Planning and Dispatch Coordination
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials and ensure proper Documentation
• Coordinate with Production Teams, Stores, QA and Dispatch Teams for smooth operations
• Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care and Client Follow-up activities
• Ensure accurate Record Keeping for Brands and timely sharing of Invoices, Challan and Receipts

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Business Support, Operations Support Executive, Client Servicing, Back Office Operations, Telecalling or Customer Support can apply
• Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork and Problem-Solving Ability
