HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing and Pharma Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Private Label Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Contract Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Brand Coordination Executives to support Client Servicing, Brand Coordination and Manufacturing Operations for multiple Private Label Manufacturing projects. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy Client Handling, Coordination Work and working closely with factory and operations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned Brand Accounts under Private Label Manufacturing
• Support Client Servicing, Client Handling and Client Follow-up through calls, emails and WhatsApp
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Production Coordination, Factory Operations and Dispatch Coordination teams
• Assist in Order Processing, Order Management and Production Planning
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials and Private Label Documentation
• Share Invoice, Challan, Dispatch Details and Receipts with clients
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Support Customer Relationship Management and resolve Client Queries

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate in any stream – MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MCom, MSc, BCA
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Brand Coordination, Client Servicing, Customer Support, Telecalling Executive, Back Office Operations or Operations Support Executive can apply
• Experience in Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, Private Label Manufacturing, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, and interest in Brand Management and Market Trends
