HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetic Manufacturing Company based in Ahmedabad, engaged in Cosmetics Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, startups, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care and Oral Care categories.

We are hiring Brand Account Executives to manage Brand Accounts, support Client Handling and coordinate Manufacturing Operations for multiple cosmetic brands. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Brand Management, Client Servicing and B2B Manufacturing Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage assigned Brand Accounts for Cosmetics Manufacturing projects
• Act as a single point of contact for Client Handling, Client Coordination and Brand Communication
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Production Coordination, Factory Operations and Dispatch Coordination teams
• Support Order Processing, Order Management and Production Planning
• Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials and Documentation
• Share Invoice, Challan, Dispatch Details and Receipts with brands
• Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management and Back Office Records
• Support Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing and Client Follow-up

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate in any stream – MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MCom, MSc, BCA
• Freshers and candidates with experience in Brand Coordination, Client Servicing, Customer Support, Back Office Operations or Telecalling Executive roles can apply
• Experience in Cosmetics Industry, Manufacturing Operations, FMCG Manufacturing, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage
• Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, and awareness of Market Trends and Brand Growth
