This role focuses on handling and generating B2B inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia for all product categories manufactured by HCP Wellness. The executive will manage private label cosmetics inquiries, third party cosmetic manufacturing leads, and coordinate with the internal NPD Team, Formulation Development Team, and Sales Team to convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle all daily IndiaMART inquiries, TradeIndia inquiries, private label skincare inquiries, and third party cosmetics manufacturing leads.
* Respond to cosmetics buyers, skincare product buyers, haircare brand inquiries, D2C startup brands, beauty brand owners, and international cosmetic clients.
* Qualification of hot leads, warm leads, cold leads, and business opportunities across beauty & personal care categories.

* Generate new inquiries by targeting:
• Cosmetics manufacturers leads
• Private label cosmetics buyers
• Private label skincare buyers
• Haircare manufacturing inquiries
• Herbal & natural cosmetics buyers
• D2C skincare startup founders
• OEM/ODM cosmetic buyers
• White label skincare buyers

* Collect complete requirement details such as:
• Product category
• Custom formulation needs
• Active ingredient selection
• Fragrance requirements
• Benchmark product references
• Packaging components
• MOQ
• Target price
• Label content & regulatory needs

* Handover the full requirements to:
• NPD Team for product planning
• Formulation Development Coordinators for R&D trials
• R&D Team for formulation development
• Sales Team for pricing & negotiation
* Maintain communication between client → NPD → R&D → Sales → Production until final closure.

* Follow-up on sample preparation, sample dispatch, feedback, sample approval, and order confirmation.
* Maintain CRM or Excel records of all inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and lead status.

* Provide management with daily updates on:
• Total inquiries received
• Lead quality
• Conversion performance
• Market trends
• Opportunities in beauty & personal care manufacturing

Required Skills

* Strong experience with IndiaMART and TradeIndia B2B lead handling
* Excellent communication & follow-up
* Good understanding of cosmetics & skincare manufacturing process
* Ability to understand formulations, ingredients, and NPD workflow
* Knowledge of trending categories like serums, face wash, hair serums, scrubs, masks, bathing bars, sunscreens, herbal formulations
