HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturer and Third Party Cosmetic Manufacturer in India, specializing in skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care products. Located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, we operate a GMP-certified manufacturing facility delivering high-quality formulations for national and international brands.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Executive – Quality Control (Raw Material) to join our growing Quality Control team.

Key Responsibilities
✔Perform raw material (RM) testing as per approved specifications and SOPs
✔Conduct physical and chemical analysis of incoming raw materials
✔Verify COA (Certificate of Analysis) before material approval
✔Ensure proper sampling and labeling of raw materials
✔Maintain QC documentation as per GMP & GLP guidelines
✔Assist in calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments
✔Coordinate with QA, Purchase, and Production departments
✔Maintain retention samples and testing records
✔Support internal audits and quality inspections
✔Ensure timely release of raw materials to avoid production delays

Required Skills
✔Knowledge of Raw Material Testing in Cosmetic or Pharma Industry
✔Understanding of GMP, GLP & quality documentation practices
✔Basic hands-on experience with lab instruments (pH meter, weighing balance, etc.)
✔Attention to detail and analytical skills
✔Ability to follow SOPs and testing procedures accurately
✔Good coordination and communication skills
✔Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP systems)
✔Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔2 to 3 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
