Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive (Factory) to manage daily administrative operations and support various departments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while upholding HCP Wellness Private Limited’s values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Factory HK monitoring & work assigning
✔Stationary & HK purchase
✔Apron, shoe cover, hand gloves, mask – purchase & stock maintaining, issuing
✔Drainage cleaning
✔Waste material / scrap disposable
✔Daily worker attendance maintaining
✔Worker recruitment
✔Co-ordination with contractors
✔AC & water system cleaning monitoring with maintenance team
✔Worker / staff hospital & first aid work
✔Any admin related concern onsite work
✔Workers & staffs document maintaining
✔Security management
✔Manage canteen operations, ensuring quality food service and adherence to hygiene standards.
✔Supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of office premises.
✔Manage visitor logs, gate passes, and security protocols for the facility.
Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills:
✔Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
✔Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
✔Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes.
✔Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Soft Skills:
✔Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✔Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
✔A proactive and adaptable approach to handling challenges.
Education & Experience:
✔Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
✔Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a ✔manufacturing or corporate environment.
