About the role:
HCP Wellness is hiring a proactive Admin Executive (HR & Admin) to manage day-to-day factory administration, contractor management, and workforce coordination at our manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in factory HR operations, contractor compliance, and admin management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Contractor & Workforce Management
* Handle contractor onboarding, documentation, and compliance
* Coordinate with contractors for manpower planning and deployment
* Monitor contract labor attendance, discipline, and performance
* Ensure statutory compliance related to contract labor

2. Worker Hiring & Coordination
* Manage recruitment of factory workers and support staff
* Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
* Maintain worker records and documentation
* Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities

3. Factory Administration
* Oversee day-to-day administrative activities within the factory
* Manage housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and facility services
* Ensure proper maintenance of office and factory premises
* Handle vendor coordination for admin-related services

4. HR Support Functions
* Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation
* Support in employee engagement and grievance handling
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

What we are looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in factory HR/Admin role
* Good knowledge of labor laws and contractor compliance
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, attendance systems, etc.)

Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Male candidate preferred
* Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
* Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
