HCP Wellness is a leading Cosmetics Manufacturing, Pharma Manufacturing and FMCG Manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad, specializing in Contract Manufacturing, Third Party Manufacturing and Private Label Manufacturing for Indian brands, exporters and multinational companies across Skincare, Personal Care, Oral Care and allied categories.

We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to lead Client Account Management, Client Servicing and Customer Relationship Management for multiple brand accounts. This is a senior role requiring strong Leadership Skills, Business Communication, and hands-on understanding of Manufacturing Operations and B2B Client Handling.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage multiple Client Accounts and oversee Key Account Management for Contract Manufacturing projects
• Act as escalation point for Client Servicing, Customer Relationship and Client Success Management
• Plan and monitor Production Planning, Production Coordination and Dispatch Planning
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Operations, Supply Chain Management and Operations Team
• Lead and manage Junior Executives, Client Account Executives, Operations Executives and Interns
• Ensure smooth Order Processing, Order Management and timely Dispatch Coordination
• Review Packaging Material Management, Documentation, Invoice, Challan and Dispatch Records
• Track MIS, Excel Reports, Data Management and overall account performance
• Handle Client Escalation, Issue Resolution and long-term Client Relationship Management

Eligibility & Preferred Background
• Graduate / Post-Graduate – MBA, BBA, BCom, MCom, BSc, MSc, BA
• 5+ years experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Customer Relationship Management or Operations Management
• Experience in Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Manufacturing or Export-Import Operations preferred
• Candidates with background in Client Services, Customer Care, Call Center Operations, Telecalling Management, Business Support, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling will be an added advantage
• Strong Leadership Quality, Team Management, Communication Skills, Problem Solving ability and awareness of Market Trends and Brand Growth
