About the Role:
HCP Wellness is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Executive who can manage end-to-end hiring across campus, corporate office, and plant operations. This role offers strong exposure to bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and strategic talent acquisition in the cosmetic and personal care manufacturing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments
Lead campus hiring drives and coordinate with colleges & institutions
Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Handle offer rollout, salary negotiation, and candidate closure
Work closely with management for hiring planning and decisions

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and stakeholder management ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
Experience in manufacturing or plant hiring is an added advantage

Experience & Qualification
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR)
