Job Summary
We are hiring an Ecommerce Dispatch Executive with hands-on experience in Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBA, and Shopify order processing. The role involves managing end-to-end ecommerce dispatch operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and compliance with marketplace standards.

Key Responsibilities
✔Manage daily ecommerce dispatch operations across Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify
✔Handle order processing: picking, packing, labeling, and shipping
✔Create and manage Amazon FBA & Flipkart FBA consignments
✔Generate shipment plans, box labels, and FNSKU barcode labeling
✔Ensure packaging compliance as per marketplace guidelines
✔Coordinate with warehouse and transporters for timely dispatch
✔Track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and manage delivery timelines
✔Handle returns (RTO), order issues, and customer-related queries
✔Maintain inventory records, stock reconciliation, and MIS reporting
✔Generate invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documentation

Qualifications
✔Graduate (Commerce, Science, or Arts)
✔Knowledge of ecommerce operations and warehouse processes
✔Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify
✔Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics
✔Proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations

Experience
✔1–2 years of experience in Ecommerce Dispatch / Warehouse Operations (Mandatory)
✔Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify platforms
✔Experience in Amazon FBA & Flipkart FBA shipment handling preferred
✔Knowledge of inventory tracking and logistics coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile
✔Experience in high-volume ecommerce order processing
✔Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach
✔Ability to handle dispatch pressure and meet deadlines
✔Immediate joiners will be preferred
