HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturer and Third Party Cosmetic Manufacturer in India, specializing in skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care products. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, our GMP-certified manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced laboratories and strict quality control systems to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performance cosmetic products for domestic and international brands.

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior QC Chemist – Raw Material Testing to strengthen our Quality Control department.

Key Responsibilities
✔Perform and supervise Raw Material (RM) testing as per approved specifications
✔Conduct physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of incoming raw materials
✔Review and verify Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents
✔Approve or reject raw materials based on QC evaluation
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and ISO standards
✔Maintain accurate QC documentation and laboratory records
✔Handle retention samples and stability samples
✔Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments
✔Coordinate with QA, R&D, Purchase, and Production teams
✔Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
✔Train and guide junior QC team members
✔Ensure timely release of raw materials to meet production schedules

Required Skills
✔Strong expertise in Raw Material Testing – Cosmetics / Pharmaceutical Industry
✔In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP & regulatory compliance
✔Hands-on experience with lab instruments (pH meter, Viscometer, Moisture Analyzer, etc.)
✔Experience in COA verification and vendor qualification
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔Leadership and team coordination ability
✔Excellent documentation and reporting skills
✔ERP & MS Excel proficiency

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔3 to 6 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
