HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturer and Third Party Cosmetic Manufacturer in India, specializing in skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care products. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, our GMP-certified manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced quality control laboratories and strict compliance systems to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality cosmetic manufacturing.

We are currently hiring a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive – RM Testing to strengthen our Raw Material Quality Control operations.

Key Responsibilities
✔Perform Raw Material (RM) testing as per approved specifications and SOPs
✔Conduct physical, chemical, and analytical testing of incoming raw materials
✔Verify Certificate of Analysis (COA) before approving materials
✔Approve or reject raw materials based on QC standards
✔Maintain QC documentation in compliance with GMP & GLP guidelines
✔Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and storage of materials
✔Manage retention samples and maintain testing records
✔Coordinate with QA, Production, Purchase, and R&D teams
✔Assist in internal audits and external regulatory inspections
✔Ensure timely release of raw materials to support production schedules

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of Raw Material Testing in Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical Industry
✔Understanding of GMP, GLP & regulatory documentation practices
✔Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments (pH meter, Viscometer, Moisture Analyzer, etc.)
✔Experience in COA verification and vendor documentation
✔Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
✔Good reporting and documentation skills
✔Basic ERP and MS Excel knowledge
✔Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔2 to 3 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
