HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturer and Third Party Cosmetic Manufacturer in India, specializing in skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care products. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, our GMP-certified manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced quality systems, modern laboratories, and strict compliance protocols to deliver safe and effective cosmetic products for domestic and international brands.

We are currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented QC Officer – Raw Material Testing to strengthen our Quality Control team.

Key Responsibilities
✔Conduct Raw Material (RM) testing as per approved specifications and SOPs
✔Perform physical, chemical, and analytical evaluation of incoming materials
✔Verify Certificate of Analysis (COA) before raw material approval
✔Approve or reject materials based on QC results and compliance standards
✔Maintain documentation in line with GMP & GLP requirements
✔Ensure proper sampling, labeling, and storage of raw materials
✔Manage retention samples and maintain testing records
✔Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and R&D departments
✔Support internal audits and external regulatory inspections
✔Ensure timely material release to avoid production delays

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of Raw Material Testing in Cosmetic or Pharmaceutical Industry
✔Understanding of GMP, GLP & regulatory documentation practices
✔Hands-on experience with lab instruments (pH meter, Viscometer, weighing balance, etc.)
✔Experience in COA verification and vendor documentation
✔Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
✔Good reporting and documentation skills
✔Basic ERP & MS Excel knowledge
✔Ability to work in a manufacturing setup

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔2 to 3 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
