Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, our GMP-certified manufacturing facility is equipped with advanced quality control systems and modern infrastructure serving domestic and international brands.

We are seeking an experienced and leadership-driven QC Manager (Raw Material) to oversee and strengthen our Raw Material Quality Control operations.

Key Responsibilities
✔Lead and manage the Raw Material (RM) Quality Control team
✔Oversee testing and approval of incoming raw materials as per specifications
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and regulatory standards
✔Review and authorize COA verification and QC reports
✔Develop and implement RM testing procedures and SOPs
✔Monitor vendor quality performance and approval systems
✔Ensure timely release of raw materials to avoid production delays
✔Maintain calibration, validation, and documentation records
✔Handle internal audits and external regulatory inspections
✔Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D, and Purchase departments
✔Drive continuous improvement in quality systems
✔Ensure proper training and development of QC team members

Required Skills
✔Strong expertise in Raw Material Testing – Cosmetics / Pharma Industry
✔In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO & regulatory compliance
✔Leadership and team management skills
✔Experience in vendor qualification and audit handling
✔Hands-on knowledge of lab instruments & quality systems
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔Excellent documentation and reporting skills
✔Good coordination and communication skills
✔ERP & MS Office proficiency

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔5 to 8 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
