HCP Wellness Private Limited is a leading Private Label Cosmetic Manufacturer and Third Party Cosmetic Manufacturer in India, specializing in skincare, hair care, oral care, and personal care products. Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, we operate a GMP-certified manufacturing facility serving domestic and international brands with high-quality, compliant, and innovative formulations.

We are currently hiring a Senior Executive – Quality Control (Raw Material) to strengthen our Quality Assurance and Raw Material Testing operations.

Key Responsibilities
✔Supervise and execute Raw Material (RM) testing as per specifications
✔Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of incoming materials
✔Verify COA and ensure compliance with approved standards
✔Approve or reject raw materials based on QC evaluation
✔Maintain complete documentation as per GMP & GLP guidelines
✔Ensure timely clearance of materials to support production planning
✔Manage retention samples and stability study samples
✔Handle calibration and maintenance of QC laboratory instruments
✔Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and QA departments
✔Participate in internal audits and external regulatory audits
✔Monitor vendor quality performance and compliance
✔Ensure adherence to ISO and regulatory requirements

Required Skills
✔Strong expertise in Raw Material Testing – Cosmetics / Pharma Industry
✔Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory documentation
✔Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments (pH meter, Viscometer, Moisture Analyzer, etc.)
✔Understanding of cosmetic raw materials, excipients, and actives
✔COA verification & vendor qualification knowledge
✔Analytical thinking and attention to detail
✔Team leadership and coordination skills
✔Good communication skills
✔Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Educational Qualification
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharma

Experience Required
✔2 to 3 Years (Cosmetic / Pharma / Personal Care Industry Preferred)
