We specialize in contract manufacturing, OEM, and third-party manufacturing solutions for domestic and international brands. With advanced infrastructure and a technology-driven work culture, we are expanding our team.

We are hiring a skilled and proactive Network and Computer Systems Administrators to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility.

Key Responsibilities
✔Manage and maintain company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
✔Configure and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN systems
✔Administer Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory
✔Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
✔Implement cybersecurity measures and data protection policies
✔Manage server backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
✔Install and upgrade hardware and software systems
✔Troubleshoot network and system-related technical issues
✔Support ERP systems and database servers
✔Maintain documentation of network architecture and IT assets
✔Ensure compliance with IT policies and audit requirements
✔Coordinate with external vendors for infrastructure upgrades

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
✔Experience with firewall configuration and network security
✔Windows Server administration & Active Directory management
✔Virtualization experience (VMware / Hyper-V preferred)
✔Backup and disaster recovery planning
✔ERP and database support exposure
✔Cybersecurity awareness and endpoint protection tools
✔Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
✔Ability to manage multiple IT systems efficiently
✔Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification
✔Any Graduate

Experience Required
✔2 to 4 Years of experience as an Network and Computer Systems Administrators, or Network Administrator
