We are hiring a skilled and proactive IT Support Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility.

Key Responsibilities
✔Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and IT equipment
✔Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
✔Install and configure operating systems and applications
✔Manage user accounts, email configuration, and access control
✔Support ERP systems and internal business applications
✔Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network troubleshooting
✔Perform system updates, antivirus management, and data backups
✔Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
✔Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and AMC
✔Ensure quick resolution of IT tickets with minimal downtime

Required Skills
✔Strong knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office
✔Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
✔Hardware troubleshooting and printer support experience
✔Email setup (Outlook / Google Workspace)
✔Knowledge of antivirus and cybersecurity basics
✔ERP support experience preferred
✔Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently
✔Good coordination and teamwork skills

Educational Qualification
✔Any Graduate

Experience Required
✔2 to 4 Years of experience as an IT Support Administrator, or Network Administrator
