Job Overview
HCP Wellness is a leading cosmetics and oral care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, specializing in private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing. We are hiring for Formulation Research and Development Jobs to support end-to-end formulation activities—from concept and lab trials to scale-up and commercial production.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong formulation knowledge and hands-on R&D experience in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
✔Develop and optimize cosmetic & personal care formulations
✔Perform lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
✔Research new raw materials, actives, and formulation systems
✔Prepare formulation sheets, SOPs, and batch documentation
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality standards
✔Support scale-up from laboratory to production batches
✔Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging teams
✔Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
✔Assist in new product development and reformulations

Qualifications & Experience

Education
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry or Cosmetic Science)

Experience
✔2+ years of experience in formulation R&D
✔Experience in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing preferred
