HCP Wellness is a growing cosmetics and oral care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, offering private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing services. We are hiring for Chemistry Research and Development Jobs to support formulation development, analytical research, quality compliance, and manufacturing scale-up of cosmetic and personal care products.

This role is suitable for chemistry professionals who enjoy applied research in a real-world manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
✔Perform R&D activities for cosmetic and personal care formulations
✔Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and analytical evaluations
✔Research raw materials, actives, and chemical compatibility
✔Prepare SOPs, formulation reports, and technical documentation
✔Support stability, performance, and quality testing
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal standards
✔Assist in scale-up from lab to pilot and production batches
✔Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging teams
✔Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges

Required Skills

Hard Skills
✔Strong chemistry fundamentals and applied R&D knowledge

Qualifications & Experience

Education
✔B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) B.Pharm / M.Pharm (preferred for cosmetic R&D roles)

Experience
✔2+ years of experience in chemistry R&D
✔Experience in cosmetic, personal care, or oral care manufacturing preferred
