HCP Wellness is a reputed personal care, cosmetics, and oral care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, specializing in private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing. We are hiring for Personal Care R&D Jobs to support formulation development, innovation, and quality compliance across skin care, hair care, and oral care products.

This role suits candidates with strong formulation knowledge and hands-on R&D experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
✔Develop and improve personal care formulations
✔Conduct lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
✔Research new ingredients, actives, and market trends
✔Prepare formulation documents, SOPs, and batch records
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards
✔Support scale-up from lab to production batches
✔Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging teams
✔Resolve formulation and process-related challenges
✔Assist in new product development and reformulations

✔Manufacturing or private label experience preferred
