HCP Wellness is a trusted cosmetics and oral care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, offering private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing solutions. We are hiring for Cosmetic Research and Development Jobs to strengthen our R&D team focused on innovative, safe, and scalable product formulations.

This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in cosmetic science, formulation development, and manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities
✔Formulate and develop cosmetic and oral care products
✔Perform lab trials, stability, and compatibility testing
✔Research new ingredients, actives, and formulation trends
✔Maintain formulation records, SOPs, and batch documentation
✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and quality standards
✔Support scale-up from laboratory to production batches
✔Coordinate with QC, production, and packaging teams
✔Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues
✔Assist in reformulation and product improvement activities

Qualifications & Experience

Education
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field)

Experience
✔2+ years of experience in cosmetic or oral care R&D
✔Manufacturing or private label experience preferred
