HCP Wellness is a leading cosmetics and oral care manufacturing company in Ahmedabad, offering private label, OEM, and contract manufacturing solutions across India. We are looking for a Cosmetic R&D Executive / Chemist to support new product development, formulation optimization, and regulatory-compliant innovation for skin care and oral care products.

This role is ideal for candidates passionate about cosmetic science, ingredient innovation, and scalable manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
✔Develop and optimize cosmetic & oral care formulations
✔Conduct laboratory trials and stability testing
✔Research new ingredients, actives, and formulation technologies
✔Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
✔Prepare technical documentation and formulation records
✔Support scale-up and production transfer activities
✔Collaborate with QA, QC, and production teams
✔Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues

Required Skills

Hard Skills
✔Cosmetic formulation development (skin care/oral care)
✔Ingredient research & compatibility testing
✔Stability, performance, and shelf-life testing
✔Knowledge of cosmetic regulatory guidelines (India preferred)
✔Documentation & formulation reporting

Qualifications & Experience
✔B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Cosmetics, or related field)

Experience
✔2+ years of experience in cosmetic or personal care R&D
✔Experience in a manufacturing setup is an advantage
