Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive to drive online sales performance across multiple digital platforms. The role focuses on revenue growth, marketplace sales optimization, customer acquisition, and campaign execution for our cosmetic and personal care product portfolio.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in e-commerce sales, FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care products.

Key Responsibilities
✔Drive online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
✔Plan and execute sales campaigns, deals, offers, and promotions
✔Monitor sales performance, revenue trends, and conversion metrics
✔Coordinate with marketing, operations, and design teams for campaign execution
✔Manage pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional calendars
✔Analyze marketplace data to improve sales, visibility, and ROI
✔Track customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to enhance sales performance
✔Support new product launches and seasonal sales initiatives
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management

Education / Certifications
✔Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
✔Certification in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing / Sales (preferred)

Preferred Experience
✔1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Sales / Online Sales roles
✔Experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or manufacturing companies preferred
✔Experience managing multiple SKUs and high-volume sales is an advantage
