Job Overview
We are hiring for Ecommerce Executive Jobs to manage and grow our online business operations. The role involves handling marketplace management, product listing optimization, order coordination, and performance tracking across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
✔Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms
✔Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, attributes)
✔Coordinate with production, QA, packaging, design, and dispatch teams
✔Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, offers, and promotions
✔Track sales performance, returns, ratings, and customer feedback
✔Handle customer queries and marketplace tickets professionally
✔Support campaign execution, festive sales, and new product launches
✔Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines, labeling norms, and company policies
✔Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review

Education / Certifications
✔Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
✔Certification in E-commerce or Digital Marketing (preferred)

Preferred Experience
✔1–3 years of experience in Ecommerce Executive / Marketplace Executive roles
✔Experience in cosmetics, skin care, oral care, FMCG, or manufacturing companies preferred
✔Experience handling multiple SKUs and variants is an advantage
