Job Overview
HCP Wellness Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance IPQA Officer to oversee in-process quality assurance across cosmetic, skin care, and oral care manufacturing operations. This role is vital in ensuring GMP compliance, process consistency, accurate documentation, and product safety, while supporting our values of Integrity, Innovation, and Impact.

Key Responsibilities
•Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing of cosmetic products
•Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, and approved quality standards
•Review and verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs)
•Conduct line clearance and ensure equipment, area, and material readiness
•Monitor critical process parameters and promptly report deviations
•Raise NCRs, support root-cause analysis, and assist in CAPA implementation
•Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, and Packaging teams to resolve quality issues
•Ensure labeling accuracy, traceability, and documentation control
•Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
•Promote hygiene, safety, and quality awareness on the shop floor

Education
•B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field

Preferred Experience
•2–4 years of experience as an IPQA Officer or QA professional
•Prior experience in cosmetic, skin care, oral care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
