Job Overview
HCP Wellness Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven IPQA Officer to ensure in-process quality compliance across skin care, cosmetic, and oral care manufacturing operations. The role focuses on maintaining GMP standards, monitoring production processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous quality improvement in line with our values of Integrity, Innovation, and Impact.

Key Responsibilities (IPQA Officer)
•Monitor and control in-process quality checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing stages
•Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards for cosmetic and oral care products
•Verify batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and packing records (BPRs) for accuracy and completeness
•Conduct line clearance before and after production activities
•Monitor critical process parameters and ensure deviations are documented and addressed
•Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, and Packaging teams to resolve quality issues
•Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and traceability as per regulatory norms
•Support internal audits, client audits, and regulatory inspections
•Report non-conformances and assist in CAPA implementation
•Promote quality awareness and hygiene practices on the shop floor

Education:
•B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field

Preferred Experience:
•2–4 years of experience as an IPQA Officer or Quality Executive
•Prior experience in cosmetics, skin care, oral care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
