Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented IPQA Officer to monitor and ensure in-process quality compliance during manufacturing, filling, packing, and labeling operations. The role is critical in maintaining GMP standards, regulatory compliance, and consistent product quality across cosmetic and oral-care production lines.

Key Responsibilities (IPQA):
•Monitor in-process quality checks during manufacturing, filling, and packing activities
•Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR)
•Conduct line clearance before batch start-up and after batch completion
•Verify raw materials, packaging materials, and labeling as per approved specifications
•Identify deviations, non-conformances, and support CAPA implementation
•Maintain accurate IPQA documentation, logs, and reports
•Coordinate with Production, QC, QA, R&D, and Warehouse teams
•Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
•Ensure hygiene, safety, and contamination-control practices on the shop floor

Education:
•B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field)

Preferred Experience:
•2–4 years of experience in IPQA roles
